El personal del Restaurante muy amables. No hay muchas opciones de comida en el menu.

El Hotel es muy antiguo y requiere actualización en las habitaciones, pisos y camas. Solo tenían 10 canales de tv sin cable , el tv se apagaba solo por antiguo que es; así es que no era fácil saber sobre noticias internacionales y el WIFI no tenia buena señal en algunas áreas del hotel. Precio alto versus lo que ofrecen.

The property is an old monastery and its full of historical charm. The rooms are nice and comfortable.

Although the momentary is beautiful in its self the general comfort of guest should be taken into consideration such as upgrading the media available to the guest in their rooms the general food quality and add coffee and tea in the rooms and a fridge mini bar. This would add to the value for money paid and also the Hotels does pride itself as a 5 Star Property which is not quit there yet?

Sehr schönes altes Grandhotel, das in einem ehemaligen Kloster untergebracht ist. Tolle Lage, schöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal an der Rezeption

Das Frühstücksangebot könnte besser sein - das Personal dort ist ziemlich unmotiviert, deckt die Tische kaum ein und steht nur rum - das geht deutlich besser!

"Schönes Hotel in bester Lage"

Das alte Kloster hat sehr viel Charme und liegt mitten in der schönen „weißen“ Stadt. Die ruhigen Zimmer mit bequemen Betten, zum schönen, großen, liebevoll bepflanzten Innenhof sind groß und stilvoll eingerichtet. Sehr freundlicher Service, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und auch das Abendessen im Restaurant ist sehr lecker, es gibt (Wok-) Gemüse!

"LA MEJOR OPCION EN POPAYAN"

El hotel es hermoso, tiene una vibra muy bonita, ubicado en toda la parte histórica y hermosa de la ciudad blanca, un desayuno completo y lleno de opciones

todo me gustó, quizas ampliar un poco mas el desayuno

"Locations is great"

Location is great and staff are very friendly

The bathroom very small for a 5 * hotel. No kettle in the room. Water had to be purchased rather than free. Restaurant very limited of choice
