Het weer

Voor een 4 sterrenhotel is het totaal niet onderhouden geweest... dit hotel is nog maar 5 jaar oud en er zitten al verschillende putten in het terrasdek aan het zwembad. Het zwembad is niet super proper. Het eten is eetbaar maar niet de moeite om te eten. Al is het onbijt mager en het warme gedeelde Oedt opgevuld met wat ze de dag ervoor over hebben zoals bv. Frieten.. Ze hebben een dehumidifer op de kamer die je midden in de nacht wakker maakt met het gerammel en hete lucht in de kamer blaast. Wanneer je vraagt voor rust vanwege muziek of buren reageren ze niet via whatsapp, maar als ze geld kunnen verdienen wel. Al om al. Ik vind het heel veel geld voor zo weinig terug te krijgen. Als je echt luxe verwachr van 4 sterren moet je hier niet zijn

Les chambres sont confortables, le personnel est très serviable et très disponible notamment via le numéro de téléphone. Nous avons pu louer des vélos électriques pour nous déplacer sur l’île, ce qui était très appréciable. La piscine est belle et agréable.

Le service de laundry est un peu lent.

⭐ Très mauvaise expérience ⭐ L’hôtel a sans doute été beau à l’origine, mais aujourd’hui il est en déclin total : • 🚫 Suite terrasse : rien à voir avec les photos. • 🚫 Spa : hors service. • 🍴 Restaurant : très moyen. • 🛏️ Chambres près de la piscine : sombres et odeur de moisi. • 🚌 Navette payante : insalubre. • 👥 Personnel : gentil et fait de son mieux, mais on ressent un vrai malaise. 👉 Un hôtel avec du potentiel, mais malheureusement loin de ce qui est annoncé.
