夜いる受付の女性スタッフがとても愛想が良くて、気分が良かったです。

特にないですが、週末は周りが騒がしいので少し寝苦しいです。

While the hotel itself is pleasant and family run, the reception desk will try and steal from you by printing bogus invoices or trying not to show an invoice to hide an exorbitant internal exchange rate. Ruined the stay with their dishonest behaviour.

The hôtel is well situated not far from the main square. There are nice inner courtyards and astonishing antik art objects everywhere.

Internet was the worst of all 24 hôtels used during our trip across Southamerika. Room was dark. King size bed, but unfortunately too soft / over-used. Bathroom installations were not comfortable and on details (plugs, showder corners,…) one could see that cleaning was not done carefully. On the 2nd morning no hot water. Maybe it was only this room and people that book via a Travel Agency get better rooms🧐

La atención y las instalaciones. El buen gusto en la decoración. El mantenimiento del hotel, la atención de los empleados. Amoblamiento de calidad y estilo

Faltaría black out en las ventanas y amenities, por ejemplo, no hay secador de cabello, gorra de baño, calentador de agua (tetera o cafetera), espejo en el cuarto (obviamente, hay en el baño). Mejoraría un poco el desayuno (un poco escaso…)

Impossible de payer en carte Visa pour un 5 étoiles c'est honteux obligé de payer en espèce total 308 dollars Nous n'avions que des euros reçu 310 pas très honnête

Hotel in colonial style which might require some updates on certain levels. But would I come back: yes. Doubted between 5 & 4 starts. But the "last mile" was not reached to give the 5. Very big rooms. Wel equipped but with some modernizations to go. Great roof terrace. Perfect location in the city center

A beautiful hotel with an amazing design. The room was very clean, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. There is also a lovely rooftop bar offering food, as well as a charming gift shop.
