Local de fácil acesso, perto dos pontos turísticos como a rua torta, rua coberta e Maria fumaça. Também fica perto de comércio. Além disso fomos muito bem recebidos pelos funcionários que até nos deram dicas de passeios. No café da manhã de domingo fomos surpreendidos por um saxofonista muito simpático que tocava durante o café.
