Nonostante nella conferma di prenotazione fossero confermati e disponibili Frigo Bar e vasca da bagno in camera, al mio arrivo non erano presenti. Inoltre differentemente da quanto confermato nella prenotazione, hotel privo di ristornate e di Bar. Piscina non funzionante!!! Inoltre nessuna lavanderia self service come indicato nella conferma Inoltre nessuna recepcion 24 ore, personale presente solo qualche ora al giorno, nessun aiuto nel muovere i bagagli ecc

La relación calidad/precio no es muy buena. Es un buen hotel, tiene potencial, pero les falta afinar en limpieza.

Nous sommes arrêté à cet hotel la veille de notre retour apès un séjour de 9 jours sur la côte de l'Équateur. Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement et les employés voyant que nous ne parlions pas espagnol couramment tentait de nous répondre en anglais et nous étions parfaitement capable de nous comprendre. Le restaurant de cuisine Italienne à l'hôtel offre une qualité exceptionnelle quoique un peu dispendieux. La cour intérieur offre un décor et une ambiance confortable et rend le repas très agréable. Le transport vers l'aéroport coûte 5 $ en taxi. Bref, je recommande fortement cet hôtel à Guayaquil.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Really nice rooms

This hotel is extremely overpriced. We paid about $100 for the king room (not including breakfast) and the bed was very old, hard and starting to sag. Also, there were no screens on the windows and in the night there are many mosquitoes. I really like sleeping with fresh air and would not have booked this place if I knew that we could not open the windows. Also double check the location because it’s in a different place from what’s on the map. There’s also no refrigerator and there is construction happing just next door that no one mentioned. The good things include the balcony, friendly service, nice floors (not carpet), and a nice bathroom. The price would be more fair if it were approximately $40-50/night.

The service and the room are great The location is awesome

It is a nice property and I visited it in the past but unfortunately the staff at the restaurant part for dinner had no idea what and how to serve, the breakfast with old toast and cold coffee and the cleaning service just entered the room without knocking the door. It was just disappointing and I will not return even the place is nice.

The property was a cute bed and breakfast style hotel that was well kept. We ate at the restaurant on site. The food was good.
