"A Day in the City"

The location of the hotel and my room because it is just located on the first floor. So convenient.

The sheet is thin. If possible it should commensurate to the coldness of the room since it is with AC I PREFER thick sheet.

1. Beds were big. 2. Real slippers were provided. 3. Our room has a bath tub which we did not expect. 4. Basic toiletries were provided. 5. Our room is spacious. 6. There is free breakfast. Although the choices are limited, I can't complain because I only added PhP250 to include breakfast for three persons. Eating breakfast outside would likely cost us around 450 pesos each. 7. Location is very ideal as it is in front of SM North. It is very accessible. 9. Internet connection is okay.

"Property’s cleanliness has obviously deteriorated."

The location was good for us. Staff were friendly.

Can improve on response time to online and over-the-phone inquiries. We booked a family suite but the quality of beds and linens were disappointing. It all looked and felt old and dirty. Even the sides of the foam covers were dirty. We ordered food in the room and it was served on a filthy tray. Also took hours for them to pick up used plates after. Should consider changing their in-house menu list altogether as almost all of the food listed were not available.
