Good service

A special mention to Shikha from the Guest Relations team and Pranjal, the Manager. Both were very attractive, well-presented, courteous, and made the overall experience even more pleasant with their warm and professional approach.

To be fair, there were some positive aspects of the stay. The reception staff and other junior staff were courteous, professional, and welcoming throughout my visit. The reception area itself was well-presented and created a positive first impression, leading me to expect that the rooms would reflect the same standard. Unfortunately, the quality of the room did not live up to that expectation. The internet connection was reliable and worked well during my stay. The complimentary breakfast was also enjoyable, offering a good selection of food, and the breakfast staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. While I appreciated these positive aspects, they were ultimately not enough to compensate for the issues with room cleanliness, comfort, and the overall value for money.

The hotel room was disappointing and offered very poor value for money. Upon arrival, the room had an unpleasant smell, the beds did not appear to have been cleaned properly, and there were hairs on the bedding. These are basic hygiene standards that any guest should be able to expect. In addition, the television had access to only three channels, which was far below what would reasonably be expected for a hotel charging these rates. The pricing of the food was particularly excessive. A single lunch order costs almost 60% of the nightly room rate, despite very similar meals being available in the food court located within the same building at a fraction of the price. The quality, presentation, and portion size did not justify such a substantial markup. The dinner pricing was even more difficult to understand. I was quoted an amount equivalent to nearly 60% of the room cost for two basic sandwiches and two cups of tea. The sandwiches consisted of standard ingredients such as cheese, tomato, vegetables, mayonnaise, and a choice of white or brown bread. There was nothing premium, gourmet, or distinctive about the meal that could remotely justify the asking price. The same ingredients could have been purchased from a local supermarket for a small fraction of the cost. What made the experience even more frustrating was the impression that the pricing was being targeted at international visitors rather than reflecting local market rates. As an Indian traveller who happened to book the room while residing in France, I could not help feeling that the hotel's pricing strategy was geared towards what foreign guests might be willing to pay rather than what would be considered reasonable value in the local context. Overall, the combination of poor cleanliness, limited amenities, unpleasant room conditions, and extremely inflated food prices resulted in a stay that fell far below expectations.

Great location with small mall onsite and great mall a 10 minute walk away. Staff was excellent as far as kindness and willingness to go the extra mile for whatever is needed.

Although very nice and eager to help a lot of the staff did not have sufficient knowledge of knowledge, I received wrong info or unable to answer for several things. The premises also has a lot of old areas or areas under renovation, but it was not overly burdensome.

Comfortable

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Radisson Blu Dwarka. The events and concierge team were truly stood out with their professionalism and attention to detail. We organized an event in February 2025 and must say well-organized with great food selection . The staff was polite, courteous, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. I especially appreciated the prompt response whenever I requested something extra. Their dedication made my stay extremely comfortable and memorable. Overall, Room and Event management team service at Radisson Blu Dwarka is excellent and truly enhances the guest experience. Special thanks to Mr.Rakesh and Mr.Mohit.
