天神南駅を出てすぐの場所にあり、天神地下街もすぐ隣でアクセス抜群です。 周辺もとても便利で、ドラッグストアやカフェ（スタバも！）、レストランもたくさんあります。 チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただけて、本当に助かりました。

鉄道沿いにあるため、夜は電車が通る音がずっと聞こえます。 また、客室内の空気清浄機がしばらくすると不思議な音を出し続け、夜中にその音で驚いてしまいました。
