Clean and everything you need is at your doorstep. Staff went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. The pool and the garden were absolutely lovely and well looked after.

Unfortunately despite the owner’s effort to help us with that issue, the WiFi connection is not reliable enough throughout the hotel to get some work done or even to watch some streaming service online. If you can get front pools rooms you’ll definitely get a better internet reception.

Sunny unit with everything you needed for a short stay away - plus wifi, Netflix and pool if you wanted to cool down. Unit was cleaned daily with fresh towels and soaps replenished.

No block out on upper windows in the main bedroom.

Clean, quiet, super tidy grounds, everything we needed.

That the smoke alarm went off randomly while we were just falling asleep, flat batteries in the heat pump remote (we just replaced them)

On arrival we were welcomed and offered an upgrade that we were very grateful for.The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the apartment was spacious, very clean, comfortable and very well serviced. The location is excellent, very handy to Restaurants, Shopping, The Beach, and no road noise. Parking is excellent and the grounds are well kept. Very affordable. If your a family looking for accommodation in Gisborne we highly recommend The Teal.

Our time in Gisborne went way to fast.
