お風呂が大変良かったです。お部屋も清潔でした。

研修中のスタッフさんは親切なご対応でしたが、若手の中堅の方の対応が素っ気なく感じました。例えばチェックイン前の対応でこちらの状況を慮ってくれませんでした。ご本人は悪気は無いと思います。
