Gokulam Park Coimbatore

Breakfast

I stayed at the Gokulam Park Hotel in Coimbatore from November 12th to November 16th. While the hotel room allocated to me was clean, the water in the shower did not flow properly, and the customer service was very poor. I requested drinking water, but it was only delivered the next day after several reminders, and they provided just regular water. The customer service was very disappointing, and the staff did not know how to communicate politely with customers. The nightly rate for this hotel is quite high, comparable to a five-star hotel, but it is not worth the money they charge. Additionally, I have not yet received the receipt for the five nights I paid for. The hotel reception charged me for all five nights upon check-in, and when I asked for the receipt, they said it would be provided at checkout. I reminded them during checkout, and they replied that they would send the receipt via WhatsApp. I followed up on WhatsApp as well, but I still have not received a reply from the hotel after five days. I will not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone, as it is not worth the money

Breakfast venue was not ready, lot of miscommunication between staff, very expensive compared to the facilities offered and services provided.

Very bad hotel and staff…they are looking for money only …after checkout they charged for those complementary items which was present in the room at the time of check in …(tea bags,water,dry fruits)they didn’t mention that it is chargeable and when we chekout and come downstairs and our taxi is waiting and we were getting late for airport they were asking for extra money and the amount they were asking for was more then their actual cost mention on the packets… which is absolutely unreasonable and pathetic ..i must suggest to not to go there
