Loved everything about this place. The helpfulness of the staff with all your daily plans was exceptional. They come up to your breakfast table each day to make sure you were all set for the day and helped in anyway they could. The bedroom with outside patio, views of Table Mountain, the feeling of safety and the lovely pool area and living room were so lovely. It was true home away from home. Loved it.

The staff were exceptional - particularly the front of house including Nadine who were able to help us with absolutely anything that we needed. They were extremely helpful and attentive, giving us detailed advice about what to do and where to eat. The room was very clean and nicely laid out with a big bath. The team were very accommodating to our dietary requirements and offered to buy us anything we needed.

Gorgeous place, fabulous views of gardens and the mountains. Beautiful appointments and rooms with superb service, recommendations and accommodations! All of the staff and the manager are superb.

I loved everything about Four Rosemead. The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. I felt totally looked after. Thank you Jade and Four Rosemead!

The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The hotel was charming and the breakfasts were amazing! Complimentary port and chocolates were a nice touch. This was an incredibly good location to access all of the different attractions that Capetown has to offer; at the same time it was in a quiet area with beautiful gardens and pool to relax in!

This hotel is located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood of Cape Town, but you'll need to walk (or drive) a bit to get to the landmarks. The lady at the reception was very helpful in providing suggestions of how to get to our places of interest, and arranging for tickets if we needed any. The decor is modern and sleek. The room is quite spacious and so is the bathroom. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which may or may not be weird, depending on how you feel. Some handsoap and a towel in the toilet would have been nice. The room has a pretty high ceiling, so heating might take a while to take effect. We felt the room was a bit cold overall. They had some nice welcome chocolates and Amarula for us (latter probably a honeymoon special). The breakfast was very good, with a good variety and a great view from the breakfast room. Overall, it was a very nice stay at the Four Rosmead, albeit a bit cold.

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Turned down bed at night with chocolate on your pillow. Curtains all closed and ready for bed. Fresh fruit always available in the breakfast room and as well as port and sherry.
