Roupas de cama ruins, toalhas ruins, café da manhã ruim. Os funcionários são ríspidos. No check-in, os funcionários foram ríspidos. No check-out, atrapalhados. Me cobraram um valor que deveria ser de reembolso, pois a segunda pessoa do quarto duplo foi embora antes. Em vez de reembolsar, me fez uma cobrança, me causando constrangimento.

A SIMPATIA DOS FUNCIONÁRIOS E LOCALIZAÇÃO.

O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ, não diversificou, apenas ovo e salsicha, muita massa e poucas opções para um café mais saudável. outro ponto ruim, era o barulho de terceiros no horário de dormi, e o hotel não fez nada, prejudicando o meu sono de madrugada.
