Hotel Vale Verde

Location was perfect, accommodations lovely, and staff was very kind and helpful. My taxi didn’t arrive to take me to Punta Delgada to meet my tour - so the manager grabbed his keys and drove me- almost an hour away! This hotel really makes sure you are happy and comfortable.

This hotel was in great walking distance of grocery stores, a cute bakery, and several of the volcanic bubbling springs. The view from the balcony of my room was STUNNING and I spent several evenings hanging out in my room with the doors open because of this. Juliana at the front desk was particularly kind and incredible when I showed up with car sickness from the ride up to Furnas. She went above and beyond to help me.

Tuve una experiencia muy agradable en este Hotel, el trato fue delicado y muy sensible. Me regalaron una deliciosa torta casera por mi cumpleaños!!🎂 deseo de corazón que el hotel siga creciendo con esa calidez humana y también con la atención y calidad. recomiendo ampliamente!

Staff was great - helpful in every way. Rooms were clean but needs updating.

It would have been nice to have a restaurant on site.

The hotel is a short walk away from the hot springs and a quick drive to Terra Nostra park + Poça da Dona Beija (highly recommend!) There is ample parking for the hotel behind it. The breakfast was satisfying and they offer massage + thermal water walks. Communication online with the hotel and with the front desk staff Julia was great, she is so knowledgeable about the area and you can tell she enjoys sharing to make your experience in Furnas top notch. Thank you!
