The rooms are simple, but comfortable and clean, a good value for money. The property is right on the beach, next to expensive hotels.

We didn’t like Muscat generally, but this accommodation was good.

"Cheap, well located but need renovations"

Good price and located in a very nice area with many restaurants and a beach close by

The hotel is quite old and in need of renovation. Noisy at night due to a night club in the same building
