"Noisy Stay"

I enjoyed the hotel and the location, I just didn't enjoy the other guests. Our room was next to the elevator and we heard kids constantly running up and down the hallway. It appeared as if a travel ball team was staying there and had no interest in sightseeing around Milwaukee. Typically hotel parking lots aren't full. These people had a party in the courtyard making noise and made noise in the hallway. I had an early wakeup call to my next destination and could barely go to sleep from the noise. Also, there was no breakfast and the ice machine by my room didn't work. Also, our room wasn't cleaned after our first night.

Everything. I like the little restaurant/bar in the lobby, the outdoor patio with the fire pit, ALL of the staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming. The food and wine selection were very good in their restaurant. Bed was so comfortable, plenty of towels. Easy to ask for more supplies if we needed them. The decor was very nice and updated and yet it felt like home. We were staying at another hotel on previous visits but in the future we will select this Courtyard hotel. Thank you Courtyard and all your staff

The air conditioning unit was a bit load at times.

Dustin and his team were excellent as usual. We had a need for a family that Dustin took care graciously for us and really made it so our stay was exceptional. We are thankful to him for his kindness and good management of the hotel and property as a whole.
