Отличное расположение, уютно, большой удобный номер, сияющий чистотой! Резорт имеет компактную, зелёную территорию и находится в паре минутах пешком от главной улицы, поэтому шум загруженной улицы не мешает расслабиться после бассейна. Ночью тоже тихо, можно отлично выспаться. До пляжа Карон минут 10-15 пешком или же есть трансфер от отеля до пляжа. Наш уютный номер состоял из спальни с большой удобной кроватью и большой ванной комнаты, а так же гостиной со встроенной кухней. На завтрак были каждый день новые тайские блюда и немного европейской еды. Персонал очень вежливый. Мы провели в этом отеле 12 ночей, нам очень понравилось.

Иногда в бассейне плавали старые листья, которые было бы неплохо вылавливать. Медленный интернет.

communication was not very good. On the third day, the restaurant was closed for renovations and we weren't told- walked around and found breakfast served somewhere else. Also, took 2 days to clear the dishes provided for our room service.

All staff were so lovely and helpful. They provided us with a cot for my son with a pillow, blanket and mosquito net. Breakfast was always abundant. As a vegan there could have been more egg free hot options but otherwise the rest of my party was very happy.

The beds were quite high. My daughter was supposed to sleep with my mother in law but she ended up falling out the first night which led to us going to the hospital. They were however big enough to have her in my room with my mum and her in-between us.

The resort is conveniently located near enough to Karon beach to walk, but far enough away that it was not caught up in the busy thoroughfare of main roadway. The restaurant staff & airport shuttle driver were exceptional! Both the restaurant & airport shuttle were surprisingly affordable. The free beach shuttle was also convenient, however, the beach was close enough that walking to & from was easier than sticking to the shuttle schedule.

The accommodations were less than ideal, and blatantly falsely advertised. We booked a two bedroom suite with one king size and one queen size bed. What we received was a suite with two queen "beds" that were more like concrete slabs than actual mattresses. It may have been softer to sleep directly on the tile floor. If you have any type of back problems, this is not the resort/bed for you. One of the rooms initially had a small infestation of hornets in the windowsill, however, the hotel staff addressed it after we reported it. For some reason, in our updated room the hotel chose to use patio furniture in the living area instead of a traditional couch. While this is likely convenient for hotel cleaning staff, it is arguably tacky given it is classified as a resort. The pictures make the facilities look more modern than they are in reality.
