Really good clean apartments, I've rented the penthouse with my own rooftop jacuzzi for 3 nights, and that was just great. And, Cause of a delay (flight) I came one day ltr but the were so nice to give me the 3 nights anyway without any hassle, I didn't ask for.it so that was really nice from them. Good location, I'll come back.

Stanza perfetta per una famiglia, TV digitale e pulizia. Ho apprezzato la posizione leggermente decentrata ma collegata a tutto con una breve passeggiata. Piscina super per i bambini.

Ho chiesto un letto aggiuntivo per maggiore comodità per i miei due bambini e per questo ho accettato il sovrapprezzo di oltre 400€. Ma il letto consegnatomi era piccolo, durissimo e arrugginito, l'opposto del comodissimo letto matrimoniale già presente. Lo staff, gentilissimo, ha cercato di migliorare la situazione ma senza riuscirci.

small room no space for clothes/suitcases. wardrobe door was broken got my finger trapped in it. we have to ask staff to remove the wardrobe door for a safety reason. on our second night there we have really heavy rain our kids bathroom roof was leaking loads of water cover the floor. then we have had an electric cut had to call electrician 3 time in 1 night. because of rain i taken umbrella that belong to the hotel out with me everyday and it got stolen. at the checkout hotel charge me £15.00 to replace that umbrella .yet no mention of any inconvenience for ours part.
