Clean, spacious rooms with nice decor. Property a little aged in areas & pool & facilities a little tired in areas, overall good for price.

A little far from Rawai town if no transport could be difficult to get somewhere. Property was aged in areas but clean & very spacious.

The suite had constant loud plumbing noises so I had to move. Bed was too firm for my liking. Food is offsite so took a bit long. Surrounding pool area a bit run down

The host was really welcoming and helped us out in renting a scooter. They have a decent sized swimming pool. I would recommend the stay.

The only thing that I had an issue with was low cooling air conditioner.

The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the pool is nice, as are the balconies.

The building is getting old. It rained a lot on my trip, and by the end the roof was leaking. The property was nice, and so was the staff, it’s only that the building is getting old. If I were looking for a cheap stay, and am okay with an older bulking, I would stay again.
