Always clean, comfortable

This place is not a resort but a cheap hostel and dark place with rooms. It has in total 100 meter by 25 meters space and includes a swimming pool. It doesn’t justify the wording of ‘resort’ as there is nothing else to do in this place and it certainly shouldn't have 4 stars.. maybe two

The room that I booked was very spacious and comfortable..bedroom was on the 1st floor..overall facilities was great and the property is near to the rawai Beach..

Indoor lights should have option for daylight so it can be brighter

Lovely pool and the staff try to be helpful. They arranged a private taxi for us and it was a really easy and smooth experience. The room was really clean.

So, of no fault of there own there was a power outage during our stay. The problem wasn’t the power outage itself, it’s the way they handled it. The power went out at 4pm and didn’t come back on until 2am so no AC, electricity or lights during this time making the room impossible to stay in. There was no way to contact the owner or management so we were just stuck outside in the heat with nothing to eat or drink the entire time as they don’t have anything, not even an office on site - just a little desk. The compensation that they gave was a meal in a restaurant the hotel owns down the street which is 1/3 of the price for one night. I tried to ask for a refund for the day I couldn’t use the room through booking and they said that since the hotel gave us a meal, that counts as compensation and there’s nothing else they can do. So lovely place if you just want to relax. But if there’s a problem with your stay, they won’t be able to handle it and will screw you over with compensation.
