Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Reservations are required for massage services. Estrutura antiga, porém , muito boa! Deveria fazer alguns investimentos e melhorar a estrutura interna principalmente, revestir os móveis que tem dentro dos quartos, como também as opções do café da manhã, que tem apenas o básico!

1 - Quartos MUITO velhos! 2 - Cama desconfortável! 3 - O hotel, diferentemente de toda a rede Intercity, não disponibiliza nem sabonete em barra! 4 - Uma água mineral de 300ml custa R$10,00. Sinceramente eu nunca esperaria esse serviço de um Intercity.

Hotel bem localizado, limpo , com bom café da manhã, básico. Quarto bem amplo, cama boa. Instalações antigas, precisando de melhorias. Roupa de banho poderia ser mais nova. Funcionários da recepção, dos restaurantes e da limpeza simpáticos. Piscina pequena, mas bem cuidada. Não tem bar, mas restaurante serve bebidas, a pedido. Sauna não funcionando no período.

Razoável. Sofá com braço quebrado, chuveiro com baixa vazão de água, funcionária do café da manhã mal educada, minha reserva era para duas pessoas e me cobraram o segundo café da manhã… Só tinha a localização de bom.
