A ausência de funcionário na receção criou-nos logo entraves, pois o ar condicionado estava desligado, e não conseguimos ligá-lo, por causa do calor no quarto, mal dormimos. À chegada ao hotel tentamos ligar para o contacto que nos deram e não obtivemos resposta porque o telemóvel foi deixado na receção. Hoje, um dia após o nosso check out ainda estou espera duma resposta às minhas mensagens. Pequeno almoço muito pobre ( pouca variedade e com direito apenas a uma sande e uma bebida quente ). Funcionária da receção muito pouco simpática, sem tempo para nos ouvir e tirar-nos dúvidas.
