Tight parking, difficulty of getting attention of staff upon arrival

Room cold on arrival and took long time to warm up.

Fantastic views from the room. Room was very spacious.

There was a problem with the hot water, however we were offered a discount for the inconvenience. There was no remote control for the TV

Very disappointed breakfast was not available as cafe was closed both days. Garden centre was a drive and closed one day anyway. We loved the view from our room

The towels were old and mine had stains. Lack of breakfast

The rooms were large and comfortable

The landlord told us room 4 had no hot water but it was going to be fixed. However she still checked us into that room knowing it had no hot water later that evening. No apology! And no shower! Felt quite cheated and it left sour taste. Wouldn't recommend because of this dishonesty.

The staff were very friendly and the food was good 'pub' grub

Two badly warped laminate floor boards in Room 2, (risen approx. 2"-3" high in places) which ran the whole length of the room were a serious trip hazard. Not enough warm bedding. No TV remote so only able to view one channel No outside lighting along pathway leading to the motel bedrooms

Clean comfortable. Convenient. Good shower

Cold floors. Basin water works almost non existence .
