Vaskekummen er for lille på toilettet, døren indtil toilettet skal være åben for at komme ind i brusekabinen, hvilket er uhensigtsmæssigt.

Beds uncomfortable. No wifi. Tv didn't work. Carpark exit was blocked when trying to leave. Advertised as breakfast included but was not or was not at times shown.on rental store door.

Heater provided in room was the best part. It worked properly at night. View from passage outside the room & from dining area is good.

1) Very small bathroom. Shower curtain was small and water was dripping in non wet area over the floor towel which increased chances of slipping. Upon complain, they gave two more floor towels but did not change the curtain. Upon insisting, they replaced with long shower curtain on 3rd day 2) Hot water problem every morning & very less pressure 3) Had to complain to get the shower & valve repaired on 3rd day. Even after replacement, problem not solved 4) Cleanliness not much in passages & stairs area 5) 20 minutes walk to central place. Steep climb to reach lodge, have to use vehicle always. 6) Furniture is basic grade 7) Tinned fruits in breakfast, no omelette or scrambled egg 8) Odd position of glass stand to keep toiletries just above the wash basin. It never allowed taking face to wash basin for washing. So water was falling on floor while washing face. It was horrible. When complained, staff said it is lodge's policy & they cant do anything.

Such a awesome place to stay, close to everything and the staff are so beautiful and friendly, the breakfast was great and I highly recommended staying here when in Queenstown 👍❤️, cheers from Lee and Michelle from Australia 🇦🇺

Furniture was dirty and torn couch, bathroom was not clean. Very small space in comparison to images

Dirty, torn and worn out furniture, bad experience, too noisy, parking issues, getting to room is not easy with luggage.

no table , chair or a bed side cabinet. Very steep rise to walk to the Lodge. NO Plates or cutleries
