Very limited parking

This hotel was a real disappointment. For the first time ever, I felt like I had thrown away my hard-earned money. I stayed in room 81 and the experience was not pleasant at all. First of all, the bed is upstairs, which you can only access by a staircase. It didn’t make any sense to me to place the bed on the upper level like that. The bathroom is extremely cramped, and the shower was really bad. After hours of travel, all you want is a nice hot shower, but this was the opposite of relaxing. The bed itself was uncomfortable, and the pillows were poor quality. Breakfast was also quite disappointing and honestly felt underwhelming. Parking is not guaranteed either, as the hotel has more guests than available parking spaces. Overall, I found it very expensive for what was actually offered.

Close proximity to everything and value for money.

Shower was Luke warm, evening and the morning. No extra bedding. Luckily Queenstown was not very cold yet but not sure if this will work in Winter.
