Excellent customer service from the stuff and restaurant. Very good service and friendly people.

That is was not clear explained to the security guy that I was arriving late in the night and he didn't know what to do and which room to give me. The stuff person I spoke with in the night (10 pm) did not give the information properly to the security guy. Only this, but the rest was good.

nothing really, only that it is 22 minutes from KTW airport

no air condition, so the windows need to be kept open, so you have noise all night from the next door rooms, plus the walls are so thin, that you hear everything, you even hear when someone goes to the WC, beds nothing to write home about could be better
