"Péssima"

Na chegada para check inn, demora de mais de meia hora, TV não funciona, insetos (baratas) mortos no banheiro, chuveiro não esquenta (Jundiaí cidade fria nesta época do ano), prato Jantar decepcionante, café da manhã totalmente desorganizado. Enfim, lamentável.

Hotel direcionado a quem está indo a trabalho, devido ao custo benefício. O que mais peca pra não ser uma ótima estadia, é a questão da limpeza e a cama desconfortável !!!!!!

"FALTA MANUTENÇÃO EM MUITOS ITENS "

falta manutenção no hotel , rodapés podres , banheiro com vazamentos , academia aparelhos que brados , colchão afundado , fiquei com muita dor nas costas

No geral o custo benefício vale a pena pelo que oferece! Café da manhã bom, ótimos pratos no bar do Hotel, estrutura boa, estacionamento grande. Ponto negativo recepção, parte de dentro do box, muito limo grudado no azulejos.

"Decepcionante, principalmente pela limpeza"

Hotel lembra aqueles de redes americanas conhecidas, como os de estrada da Howard Johnson... Mas nos EUA nunca peguei um hotel SUJO com o este.. Principalmente corredores, onde a olhos vistos se enxergava poeira e pequenos pedaço de papel aqui e ali, o que significa que nem mesmo aspirador costuma ser passado diariamente nessa limpeza. Pode ser bom apenas pelo custo, talvez, para pessoas "menos chatas" e/ou muito menos exigentes do que eu. Para mim, ficou abaixo da crítica e não volto lá de jeito nenhum. Limpeza é essencial, e não tê-la, é absolutamente inadmissível em qualquer hotel. Se não existe nas partes que se enxerga, fico imaginando na cozinha, lavagem e troca das roupas de cama. etc...

Desta vez havia pessoas falando alto nos corredores criancas correndo nos corredores apartamento de cima fazendo todo tipo de barulho e foi falado na recepcao e nao houve solucao estadia pessima

A Estrutura do Hotel é muito boa, pecam em alguns detalhes como funcionamento do chuveiro que não direciona o jato d'água e oscila entre quente e frio, rodapé estufado e mofado, porém são detalhes que não atrapalharam minha estadia!
