Reception hours are 09:30 to 14:30 Monday to Friday and 10:00 to 12:00 Saturday to Sunday. Check-in time is from 14:00 and self check-in information will be provided to you via text. Management are available via phone to answer any questions you may have. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that the number of guests should not exceed the maximum number of occupants stated on the booking confirmation at any given time. Guests are not permitted to bring visitors into their villa. Please note that children cannot be accommodated at this property. The villa is for a maximum of 2 adults. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. The fireplace is only available during colder months. Please note our property has free parking for guests in a main parking lot (parking is not available next to the Villas), and we have multiple sloped paths and stairs. For safety reasons, the Escarpment Retreat Accommodations & Day Spa is for abled bodied people only, and is not suitable for children.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
