The location, the privacy (Villa 4) and the feel of the room. The ease of self check in made it easy and hassle free to get to our room

We really enjoyed the early check-in at 12 pm and the bottle of bubbles. Also, the fireplace was prepared and ready to lit, which was very convenient. Also, the view from the garden deck was beautiful.

The place is stuck in the early 90s. Needs to be refurbished and maintained. The cleanliness was very disappointing; the floors haven't been mopped for a long time, and the top of the canopy bed needs to be dusted properly. One of the main reasons we have booked this accommodation in particular was the Spa bath. When we turned the pump on, we saw countless pieces of debris filling the bathtub, which was disgusting. We have tried to clean it twice and eventually ran out of hot water. When mentioning a retreat, the first thing on mind would be a good sleep and relaxation, however, we have not slept the whole night due to the loud noise coming from outside every 10-20 min. It could be due to the wind, animals or perhaps overnight staff; we do not know, but it sounded like someone or something had been banging the door all night. The accommodation and the property seemed not to be well-maintained: an overgrown garden, a chipped bench, a non-working hairdryer, and a clogged spa bath with debris are very noticeable. We have not seen a single staff member during our stay, although there were about 4-5 cars parked on the property. In defence of the staff, we have not sent any message or tried to resolve any of the mentioned issues, as we didn't bother with the one-night stay. However, the simple expectation of cleanliness should be met for a 5-star property; there is no excuse for that.

As the facility clearly states it is only suitable for able bodied adults as there are internal steps. WiFi did not work in the villa and general connectivity was bad - 1 bar 5G & at times 1 bar 4G only. Lightning was poor for reading

Private and a beautiful setting. Lovely decor and comfortable bed.

Cosy bush retreat

Location very private and we were upgraded to the big house which had s fantastic large spa bath and fire place. Bec was super friendly and helpful. Mt Tamborine is a great area to visit.

Not having wi fi is the only thing that would prove difficult if you were there for work.
