Great location in the heart of Guatemala City's Zona 15, rooms are spacious. Very peaceful at night and cleaned throughly each day. Gardens are delightful

beds aren't. Any good, can spleep good, is so expensive..you can get better Study's,hotel rooms. For $39

It was amazing to spend my stay here. I go to Guatemala a lot. And it's was like being at home on vacation. They have everything you need. And everyone was so friendly. There was one complication, when I arrived (they didn't have me on record of me booking the hotel) but they did fix it and gave me room right away not knowing if I was booked or not. But like I said everything was fantastic. I enjoyed my stay in a very nice gated colony. Everything was beautiful even their garden and roof top. I will definitely be staying there again very soon. It perfect and affordable.

No A/C and cable TV didn't work.

Enjoyed the garden. Reception was not as friendly as it should have been. Check in is at 2:00 pm. We arrived at 2:50 pm and were told we would have to wait 10 minutes for room to be ready. (????) we waited 15. Parking attendant/guard was very nice. Over all it was a very pleasant time. Relaxing

Well the room is nice, but nothing is nearby. Not knowing the area, I ordered in-pizza practically my only choice. The place has nice gardens but no real lobby? no restaurant nor bar. Actually except for parking, the room and the garden there is nothing.

It's a nice place to relax because is so quiet and peaceful, It will be better if has a complete room service.

Excellent stay for the price there's a few things that can make this a better hotel. 1 no door "do not disturb " sign, everything to cook and no "salt" no body on duty after business hours if you need something. May not be so important but when you don't know the place it makes a big difference. Still great place to stay , I will give a excellent rating to the gate gards I think they are the most courteous people you se first and last .

Was exelent and confortableand god service. A feel lake a was at home.
