Suites Jardin Imperial

We were amazed at the quality of this hotel especially for the price we paid. Everything in this efficiency apartment was like new including dishes, silverware, small appliances, flat screen TV, etc. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a gated community and a bit hard to find. Stores are close-by but you do need to venture outside of the gated area. You will need to use taxi service to get around the city and to the airport but the service is prompt.

Overall best hotel experience I have had in Guate. Great, secure neighborhood with additional hotel security. Comfortable big suites. If you want a restful experience in Guatemala this is the place.

We had a very bad experience the mattresses have bedbugs we were scratching our bodies all day all night by the check out they wanted to rip us off they claimed some utensils were missing from the kitchen it was basically my words against there word because we never signed anything when we checked in how many utensils there are
