AEA The Coogee View Serviced Apartments

I was lucky to find a park outside front door reception as I checked in at 2pm Harder I’d imagine for those arriving later on a Friday

Balcony was not clean enough and I do not believe in charging guests for an early check in if the property is ready. I was advised it would be $50 to check in at 1:30pm - don’t kid yourself - people don’t like to be ripped off

Close to beach, shops and restaurants

Traffic noise

Fantastic location. On the beach and next to bus stop for routes to airport and everywhere else. Spacious apartments. Near shops and restaurants

Busy area so cafes start to open early by apartments

租了兩個Apartments給3 families, 進去後， 1.煮水的茶壺是壞掉的， 2.垃圾桶蓋子是壞掉的， 3.租四天三夜只給兩卷用過的廁所紙， 根本不夠。 4. 洗髮乳小小一罐根本不夠。 5. 棉被套髒雙面都有類似咖啡或水（尿）漬在上面， 另一張床有蟲。 6. 第一天聯繫櫃檯都沒人接電話， 直到最後一天才回覆改善， 都要離開了。 7. 停車位，車庫無敵窄， 一個人停車非常容易刮到牆壁 8.之前確認比事後彌補重要。太差了 不會再來住這間了

Great location right on the beach

We left our bags with reception upon arrival as it was too early for check-in. When we went back to check in one of our bags was missing. After a lot of drama and insisting by myself the suitcase was located in another unit that had checked in. There needs to be a better system in place when you leave the bags with them, they don't put your name on the bag or check when you pick up your bag that you are taking the correct one, not to mention anyone walking past outside can see the bags and just grab them as reception are not behind the desk most of the time. This could have been a disaster as I have vital medication in my bag.

Lacks a few basics in the kitchen

Location was excellent

Prior to arrival we were advised that there was no air conditioning which made the bedrooms quite stuffy and we had to leave the balcony doors and windows open for breeze. The unit could do with a fresh coat of paint.
