The Chatham Motel far exceeded our expectations. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The grounds are lovely for sitting outside or by the pool. The staff can be seen cleaning the pool furniture, the water itself, and replacing towels throughout the day. It makes it very easy to cool off in the pool. The rooms are large and comfortable. You can walk to several places for food or coffee and the walk to the beach is easy and scenic. The drive into town is short and the parking was not an issue. Highly recommend.

Property was very nice and quiet. The decor was a bit dated but other than that I would recommend. It’s close to downtown with plenty of food options.
