Soltanto due giorni in questo splendido hotel, ma indimenticabili per confort, ambienti e servizi. Interni arredati con mobili e materiali di pregio, pulizia impeccabile e meticolosa, personale gentile e professionale, esterni con giardini, piscine e stagni, curatissimi, cinque stelle meritatissime. Complimenti!!!

It is a lovely hotel, the staff were always helpful and polite. In a great location for walking and easy to get to the town and lake were all amenities are. We will return.

Wir haben dieses Hotel schon sechs mal besucht. Es liegt etwas in der Höhe . Es gibt genügend Parkplätze. Der Empfang ist freundlich. Die Standardzimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen werden aber laut Auskunft Ende 2018 renoviert und erneuert. Die Poolanlage ist super (mit Whirlpool) Das Hotel bietet Spa und Aufenthaltsräume sowie einer grosszügigen Bar. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und ausgiebig. Ausser dem Chefkoch und Francesco müssten die Mitarbeiter in der Bedienung noch etwas an Freundlichkeit zulegen und geschult werden. Die Zimmer waren stehts sauber. Nicht alle Zimmer sind rollstuhlgängig. Kleiner Fussmarsch ins Städtchen ist zu empfehlen. Es gibt aber einen Taxiservice. Gerne wieder.

Livello molto alto sia a livello di struttura che di servizio il tutto incorniciato da un paese suggestivo.

It was a fabulous hotel, spa was wonderful, and restaurant was incredible! Pantaleo was our guy, and we had breakfast and a a lunch and a surprise wine tasting dinner- all was fantastic. Would recommend highly and didn’t want to leave!
