Super warm en vriendelijk ontvangst!

Ik vond het prima, maar leg je verwachting niet te hoog. Is een prima hotel maar verwacht geen luxe.

The room was spacious with a big balcony and the location is right next to the train station.

The place needs taking care off. It is not really a hotel per se. Just a house with rooms, airbnb style and the place needs cleaning, aspecially the toilet in the common space (fags in the sink) and the tables in the balcony dusty, also it was not very tidy. I think it can easily be a 9-10 if is maintained properly.
