Perfect size for 2 people after spending 2 weeks in a campervan. The space was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Heating was great. Amazing location. Would have liked to spend 2 nights here unfortunately only the 1 night was available.

We had a great stay in a family cabin. A fantastic location, such a short walk to all the attractions, lakeside, and shops. Comfy beds and warm air conditioning.

Quite pricey for off season, but everything in Queenstown is unfortunately.

Great location, being very close to town, 5 min walk downhill, but it wasn't too bad. Close to gondola's. Beds were very comfy and everything was clean. View was ok, woke up to snow on the mountains. Park was quiet.

Shower had poor pressure. Decor was very tired and dated, carpet worn and couches not very comfy. I thought it was expensive for what the place looked like, but the location being close to town I guess is why the price was reasonably high

The location is great, within walking distance to the city centre. Overall, the place looks reasonably tidy.

Quite expensive for what is provided ($400+ per night). The room only has basic facilities like coffee-making. The shared kitchen can be used, but there are no cooking utensils or plates unless you pay extra ($20 per day for 4 people), which was not clearly explained at check-in and felt quite unexpected. Cleanliness could also be improved. The upper bunk beds were dusty, which we only noticed when going to sleep. Amenities were not sufficient for 4 adults and 1 child — only one face towel, two small sachets of shampoo and two bars of soap were provided. We were told to ask reception if we needed more, which felt a bit inconvenient.
