"Les Tours de Fawlty"

Good location, free parking opposite, lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Room felt like it hasn't been updated this century. Breakfast was like something on Fawlty Towers - waitress didn't seem to notice that everything had run out (with breakfast "available" for another hour). Breakfast room is large, but all the things were crammed into one corner, so very difficult to get access.

A very cramped room. Cardboard cups not China, bed sank in the middle thought the sheets were very comfortable.

China cups please. A proper toilet seat would be good not a plastic one. The d Bedside light did not work but hadn’t realised until we were going to bed. Receptionist did not stop chatting to policemen who were only there for free coffee than talk to us. We had to wait at least 10 minutes for her to see us.

The location and secure parking was very good. The lady receptionist was also very helpful when we had a problem . But it was stressful that they charged us a second time for the stay when we had already paid Via Booking.com

The hotel charged us via our card for the stay when we had already paid . Fortunately we had all the email confirmation and could show money going from our bank account. Reception lady refunded in full for their mistake but it was stressful
