"Midden in het centrum met mooi terras."

De ligging is in het centrum en het is een prachtig pand. Het terras bij ons appartement was geweldig. Prachtige zonsondergangen en buiten ontbijten.

Het appartement is niet gezellig. Te kaal. Binnen is er geen eettafel. Tafeltje op het terras is te klein met maar 2 stoelen (om aan de tafel te zitten). Geen planken in de kast, keuken niet erg praktisch ingericht.

Ubicación, personal, amplitud habitaciones y silencio. Confort camas, aire acondicionado... Parking cercano de pago y tener cafetería, bar dentro como otra opción a los alrededores.

Acceso con código fallaba, hay que renovar, limpieza debe mejorar más, suelos, paredes... Cocina y faltan algunos detalles de mantenimiento. Para acceder al baño molesta a otro dormitorio, no dejan ni geles(no espacio bañera para ello) ni de limpieza cocina. Está poco acondicionado para estancias largas, solo pocos días y lo justo para aprovecharlo. Huespedes de tránsito y claro las instalaciones se deterioran y a la vista y uso no queda bien visto. Seguro tendrán en cuenta todo por mejorar porque personal muy atento, pero los detalles dan más valor al establecimiento. Desayuno cafetería caro, podrían tener concertado precios parking.
