small but sufficient breakfast choices. Located close to other food outlets in walking distance. Friendly staff. all but one room are on the second floor making them very quiet.

Front reception area is not always staffed. There is a bell and a phone number if needed. Note that we got a quick response when bell used.

No elevator all rooms on 2nd floor. Not convenient for older people.

The room was fine but we really have come to enjoy a hot breakfast at hotels; we missed that. The balcony is a nice touch but a couple chairs on it would have improved our ability to use the outdoor space. If mobility is an issue I’d also be cautious since we had to carry our bags up a set of stairs and all in and outs require stairs.

The room was clean and comfortable. What really impressed us was the loan staff member. She was pleasant and very helpful.

Property was clean plain nothing fancy

This hotel is above a bunch of stores like a strip mall. Very sketchy and unsafe looking area. As soon as you walk in there is a bunch of dirt and water on the lobby floor. Looked like there were c** stains on the bed skirt, dirty floors and counters, and the door latch didn’t work. Outside the building was sketchy drunk people walking around. Do Not Recommend. We left immediately and asked for our money back and were told because we booked thru expedia we would have to deal with them. Expedia says they should have refunded us. The fight is on now for my refund. Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for promoting this property. Have booked thru Expedia many times but this was the worst.

Breakfast was adequate. Location is good. Person at front desk was helpful and friendly at checking. Appreciate it.

Steep stairs to 2nd floor. Could use an elevator. Did hear some grumbling about stairs from others. There are some street people that like to hang around the property.

Host Harman Barat was absolutely amazing. He answered all my questions and went way above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The unit was clean and the beds were super comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised to have my own balcony!
