Bad points ... foul smelling towels. Adjoining room, walls and dividing door so thin they might as well be in the same room. Sharp corners on shelves, dangerous right above safe. Broken kettle lid button. No hot water for first week. Cleaning lady prone to forgetting to leave bottles of water. No room service on last day. No balcony table and only one chair. Good points ... good view, good aircon, good water pressure, good TV, good WiFi. Comfortable big bed. Despite bad points I will be staying again if the price is right.

rooms in building #1 is noisy, arrived early trying to check in before 2pm but front desk staff refused to check me in until 2pm I asked front desk doing the paper work first and assign room after 2pm they refused and told me to line up after 2pm.

Good location in Pattaya. Centrally placed near plenty of bars and restaurants. Good price. Check in easy. Room clean and good size. Only problem Aircon very noisy. Overall good experience would return. Staff easy to deal with good English.

Don’t stay there unless you are on a budget. This hotel is nothing like on the pictures, very very old. Breakfast is very simple. Staff they smile at you unless there’s an issue, like switching a room or smth.else, then they ignore you. Water pressure is very low. The beds and pillows are hard as rock. The only good thing about this hotel is a location.

It was way better than what I paid for. Lots of value to be had and the location is nice.

room cleaned everyday with out fail,quiet so you can sleep in until whatever time,clothes cleaning on your doorstep at good rates.

i stayed at this hotel for three night the location is central to everthing the room its self is great this is where it stops swimming pools only two open the other one under some sort of repair looks dirty the other two have broken tiles everywhere the scum marks around the pool tiles is unbelievably looks like it as never been clean. This hotel is living on borrowed time,The front of house manager did a very good job of blocking me from actually seeing the hotel Manager told me not there. As the front of house manager when a guess ask for there room to be cleaned then this should happen when the request is made not nine hours later Maybe she need to be retrained. This hotel is labled 3* i dont know how its the worst hotel i have had the pleasure of staying in and will never stay there again
