I had a great time

Second time here. TV still bad, but WI-FI is up to date. A plus this time was the outdated breakfast. Renovation of the hotel was going on when I was there so the standard will be even better.

The Hotel is in a very good location, unfortunately they seem to be having quite a few Maintenance and Power problems, had to change rooms in the middle of the night as their was zero power - also poor to no WiFi as that was also under Maintenance.

I stay here every time I go to Pattaya to meet friends ...the staff are friendly and helpful they greet you each and every time you go in the hotel be it 3pm or 3am I have to let you know about Lita who was on reception when I was there for the 3 weeks each night she had a smile on her face with a warm welcome the hotel housekeeping kept the rooms clean and tidy with fresh towels everyday and 2 bottles of water tea and coffee you have a flat screen tv wifi if you need it but signal is stronger in reception ..if you travel on your own this is a good place as its just off the Beaten track but not far away from the bars .about 5 minutes walk from the beach they also have a bar and restaurant downstairs and the staff behind the bar remembers you and your drinks ..I have already booked for 2025 and I am looking forward as ever to going and staying there..its not the cheapest but you get what you pay for .. I would recommend it for solo males I can't speak for females I say I stay here every time I go to Pattaya that's 3 times a year and apart from the odd part needing a coat of paint they are slowly updating as they go .

An excellent stay here. Large very clean room. 2 pools. There is a 3rd pool, but its been closed a long time for maintenance. The staff make the hotel. So friendly. Superb training. Always a welcome smile. So helpful. Would definately stay again. Quiet rooms, very little noise. Hotel sits back from the main street, so very quiet. 1 minute walk are you have all the bars etc.

The staff are helpful, distinguished and respectful. The hotel location is convenient. The rooms are good but need new paint and additional lighting. The bed is very hard.
