Basic room, horrible WiFi. Not dirty but certainly not clean, aged rooms and hotel for fair nightly rate. Staff very kind, friendly & helpful. Want a place to sleep, shower & then go out....this is the place.

2nd time I stay here. Great location, walkable to the beach and many stores. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Can’t beat it for the price.

Great location. Rooms are in pretty good condition although a refresh wouldn't hurt. Staff are fantastic. Great choice for a base in the Soi Bukhao/Treetown/Soi Chaiyapoon ares. Great dining options in Soi Lengkee. Very happy and will return

Can't be worse, the door don't close the renovation inside is poor bathroom smells mosquito is other issue swimming pool are not clean and break is bad. The staff is polite that is good but give them some work or request the answer is sorry we can not do that

Great location. Nice bathroom, obviously just been updated. Water flow ok bit not great. Rainfall shower head needed cleaning. Room decor and furniture could be better and many shelves have dangerous sharp edges. Big fridge in room (junior suite) and big balcony. 2 chairs but no table! Room cleaning service faultless and lovely friendly reception staff. This hotel is my current favourite. Location is just off the beaten track so noise from local bars and clubs is not an issue.
