Excelente: valor por $$$. El equipo es muy servicial y atento a las necesidades del huésped. Facilidades súper limpias y el hotel es muy céntrico: subes a Lleras o bajas a Poblado y caminas solo par de minutos y ya estás en Provenza. Altamente recomendado.

I had an amazing time at this place. Staff was very friendly and attentive; hard workers. The place lived up to my expectations; very clean and neat. The location couldn’t had been better; very close by to parque Lleras and the fun and exciting night life in el Poblado

One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served every morning. The variety of options was impressive, and the quality was top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the nice coffee and the freshly squeezed orange juice – it was the perfect way to start my day. Now, let's talk about the suite I stayed in. It was cozy and incredibly well-distributed, making the most of the available space. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. However, I did find the pillows to be a bit on the hard side. It would be fantastic if they could provide an extra pillow that's on the softer side, as I think many guests would highly appreciate that. Overall, I want to express my gratitude for making my stay at the hotel such a pleasant one. It was a memorable experience, and I truly enjoyed every moment of it.
