The welcoming and communication from all the staff went way above expectations. They made us feel very welcome. The meals at their onsite Restaurant - “Smelters” were amazing, and definitely a proportion size to over fill one’s stomach.

Showers a little temperamental on the hot/cold front, but we managed and totally understand this was probably related to the age of the rooms.

Easy to find and access to rooms was good. Comfortable bed

No comfortable chairs to sit in, paint peeling in places, drains very slow and noisy. Needs more maintenance
