Location and helpfulness of reception staff.

Paid premium prices for Room 601 but the condition of this apartment reflects poor state of maintenance. On arrival, it was noticed that: 1. There was no mop, no broom 2. Kitchen cabinet door structurally unsound. This was eventually fixed 3. Dining room chairs most uncomfortable as the paddings have deteriorated. 4. Advertised with aircon but aircon in lounge only and not in individual room 5. One bedroom had no PowerPoint by the bedside, nor a bedside table. 6.The carpet is worn and crubby. 7. The readings on the oven temperature and mode totaly worn out.

The reception staff were very helpful. However stayed in room 601 which is in need of adequate maintenance. Worn and crubby carpet. Kitchen cabinet door structurally unstable. No aircon in individual room. No bedside table or lamp in one bedroom. Dining room chairs paddings worn out. There was no mop and broom on arrival.

Great location with plenty of space

Our room 202 had a large balcony however unusable in the rain due to bad leaks. This balcony would be a great addition to an already reasonable apartment could it be used during wet weather.

The staff were lovely, the apartment was large, clean, right on the water. Fully equipped kitchen. Great location!
