Liked the location, the level and the views

The checkin process and staff knowledge at the counter was very limited and provided unclear instructions, especially in regards to the cards provided for access to room, lifts, facilities etc. The cards were not even activated properly causing us to revisit and stand in the queue at the reception to get it sorted twice :(

Pool and all the facilities were good.

Accordingly it wasn't money worth because room I booked was ocean suite but wasn't exactly what was expected according to price and photos it was shown. Didn't enjoyed view much.

The attitude of the staff was horribble , the person you call from the room was very argumentative . No one there to meet you on arrival. reception is 2 levels above and i had kids in the car . Again no concierge
