"Very good hotel, inconvenient parking garage."

Very nice hotel, excellent location, nice ans spacious room. We stayed there while visiting family in La Rochelle, and we had a very good stay. The only problem which may stop us to come back will be the underground garage for our car which is extremely difficult. We have a VW Tiguan and without the help of the friendly staff who came to welcome us, I would not have dare to park there..my wife helped when we left the hotel.

Hôtel bien situé, au calme. Accueil très agréable de la part du personnel. Nous avons profité d’un surclassement sans frais pour l’une de leur meilleure chambre. Merci! Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et le personnel ce matin là aux petits soins des clients. Bravo! Possibilité de parking public vaste à moins de 3 minutes de l’hôtel.

Le responsable de l’établissement présent pourrait peut-être faire un sourire et dire bonjour à ces clients?
