Facilities: Basic, no kitchen utensils; Value: Acceptable price, if it was airconditioned; Service: Helpful, Polite; The unit is large but very basic in fitout. Would have been great if there were sufficient kitchen utensils, aircon, and residents were quiet at 2am!
