Overall the hotel in my opinion is better than some 5star hotels on the island! Everything is well maintained, the lobby is stylish, the bedrooms modern and elegant. The pool and yoga areas are beautifully maintained with plenty of beds and seating areas to catch the sun or be in the shade! You also have pretty much direct access to the beach. ( Bonus sun-beds are free which is not always the case at some places) Breakfast was fabulous….so many fresh and cooked options and it’s served till 11.30am! Lunch at the restaurant was also a very good experience…the tapas was perfect! The service however is what stood out the most! EXCEPTIONAL!!! OUTSTANDING!! You get the picture! From the porters ( shout out to Fran) the Front Office staff Valerie and Clara! Restaurant staff Lara and Nieves!!! And the wonderful pool staff along with the back of house (Adriana and Diana) took care of our rooms! Nothing was too much trouble and the service was first class! What sets these wonderful people apart from the staff of so many other 4/5star hotels (and I’ve travelled a lot) is they clearly care and take pride in what they do and their personality comes through! I was unlucky during my stay and this team stopped at nothing to ensure the issue was dealt with, well above and beyond! At this point I want to stress this is NOT a party hotel so don’t book if you want to be up all night drinking! Thank you RIOMAR for a truly outstanding stay!! We will be back!!

This is hard….only one comment! Hanging space for clothes….if you don’t travel light you may need to ask for additional hangers:)

L’établissement est agréable et confortable. Le personnel est vraiment adorable : ultra serviable et souriant. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Possibilité de manger à midi et le soir.
