Excellent pool terrace, enormous pool, fantastic views, catered for all modes of relaxation, poolside beds under shaded canopies, sun loungers, plenty of parasols and seating areas. A well designed safe access to the sea from ladders direct into deep water crystal clear water. Plenty of sun loungers on this lower terrace, shower facilities and equipment for snorkelling, kayaking. a sea side bar with drinks and food. Superb Turkish style breakfast, Comfortable rooms but short on storage space for long term stays. Steps in this area are always challenging but safety rails were fitted to most areas. Nothing is too much trouble for staff. Enjoyable, relaxing and repeatable!

We had an amazing stay at Lukka hotel. We were completely in awe on arrival. This place has tons of wow factor, and a fab team of staff who can’t do enough for you. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the bed was so comfy, and the room spacious so we weren’t falling over our luggage or each other. Special mention to the lovely young lady on reception who sorted out our onward travel and numerous taxis to town! We had to leave at 4 am our last day and she insisted they make us food to go as we would miss breakfast, it was most welcome and so thoughtful. The pool is amazing, big enough for a proper swim, and the Oceanside decks and pool bar add another dimension. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and our one evening meal we took there was also really good. The views from the restaurant are superb. Every staff member bent over backwards to ensure we had the best time. Even the instant coffee sachets in the room were a whole league above the usual Nescafé rubbish! I don’t know what the ‘official’ rating is, but we had a five star experience and can’t wait to return.

As a Hotel Management worker for 10+ years I can easily say that this property deserves best rating because of its employees. The rooms are good too, it is a boutique hotel and definitely serves your needs. What makes a guest really happy and want to write 10 pages of comments about a hotel is the staff and the staff is great at Lukka Exclusive. You always have question marks in your head when you are about to try out a hotel. Clear those questions out for this one. We went for our honeymoon and felt very welcomed the minute we pulled up with the rental car through check in and until check out, each one of the team members know how to approach a guest, how to handle requests, how to find solutions and/or offer an alternative... The amenities like the pool and beach are beautiful, the breakfast has a great variety and the chocolate souffle on the dinner menu is out of this world. Add this in with really wonderful staff and it is a holiday to never forget and dream about when you are home. For example, We had a problem with out rental car and they helped us with that without us asking for it. They went and had the tire changed for us! Helped us get dinner reservations, told us where the best parking in Kas could be found. The manager is super chill and you can tell that the staff like him too (that’s important). The staff is well educated, young and sincerely smiley. We can not wait to go back there! Highly recommended Thank you so much if you are reading this!

Wonderful people , attentive yet unobtrusive service , really nothing too much for the team. It's a nice ramble into town or a very cheap taxi ride. You will pass a couple of picturesque beaches on the walk into town - well worth the visit. However if you just feel like indulging yourself and relaxing , all you could possibly need is within the hotel grounds - wonderful stay

Fantastic stay in October this year. Very quiet, relaxing and amazing view from the lovely room. Lots of sun beds dotted around the different levels. Reiki massage was amazing. Staff were very friendly and always smiling. We had a hire car but otherwise it’s a bit far from the main town but the setting was idyllic. Very close to the sea. We will definitely go again if we get the chance.

This hotel is situated on the sea with a good access to us wim in the warm sea, get out and have a comfortable area to sunbathe and have a drink or something to eat- The staff are extremely agreeable, helpful and pleasant. Rooms are well furnished, pleasant and have good aircon I would recommend this hotel to any friend wanting to stay just out of the town which has grown a lot from our last visit. As ever the Turks are a charming, honest and lovely people.

Stayed for 3 nights in late July/early August. Had a balcony room and it was amazing! The views from around the hotel and from your private balcony are just breath taking. Great service with cake and tea offered every afternoon. It's exactly as the pictures on their website. Expensive but so worth it. Only minor issue is that we did have to pay for taxi rides going in and out of town. Cost was $25 TL each way which was equivalent to about $9 AUD. Unfortunately you cannot walk the distance. There is a dolmus you can take for less than a dollar but it was just too hot so we opted for the taxi.

Location was great for a restful and quiet holiday. The staff were most obliging and no request was too difficult. Food was delicious. Cocktails very impressive. Overall a great place to stay.

Very romantic and relaxing boutique 5 star hotel. Great pool area. Sun lounges built into side of the hill leading down to sea. Great food for breakfast and diner.

Beautiful setting. Breakfast excellent. Lots of steps to navigate. Pool contains salt water.
